Lost in You
Poem By Mwajabu
Now dark gray sky
Because you were
You have been my one and only
My water through my thirsty throat
It feels like a desert now
My life has no water
Death approaches my soul
I have been missing
The tenderness of those strong hands
Across my body as we hug
Sweet you.
My glittering star
But now my tears stream down
My girly cheeks
I taste the saltiness
And I go mad
Missing you.
Is like a stoner missing
Them green leaves.
Harsh sorrowful sky
My path goes dark
For you were my light
I can see you
In this darkest night
Feeling your scent
Like the hours you crossed my way
I love you to the extent.
My heart is closed
For whoever approaches
Is non-meaningful in my life
Your absence through my wayside
Encircles and punches
My widen soft heart.
Don’t trust less of me
And leave me lone
My spirit will always wonder
Where to go
Because I do know
That I won’t survive
Without you
I will only
Be dead missing you
